·        3+ years with LoadRunner (needs to be 3+ recent years)

·        1+ years performance testing SAP (also needs to be recent)

·        3+ years Test Lead experience

·        Needs to be able to drive discussions with project groups to flush out performance testing requirements, define data/architecture, etc.
