• SAP HCM Process and Forms Developer with WebDynpro and Worflow knowledge. Knowledge of HR processes is required. Must be very familiar with or has a good functional background in SAP HR (OM, PA, PY, TM, WF) and an understanding of how Portal and ECC work together. Preferred US STATE & LOCAL Public Sector experience.
• SAP HCM Processes & Forms expert who has expertise in all the standard HCM P&F processes including, but not limited to Transfers, Terminations and Leave of Absence.
• We need a developer who can create and implement forms, build the appropriate workflows, and move into production.

 

Skills:

 

SAP HCM Processes and Forms - Adobe Interactive Forms SAP HCM Processes & Forms (Very experienced with and familiar with all common HCM P&F business processes and form implementation. Experienced with SAP Workflow Processes and Webdynpro within the SAP HCM environment. SAP Workflow and WebDynpro Knowledge

 

Ø  Technical Specification Document and Development Delivery Tracking

Ø  Provide Functional/Technical Development Effort Estimates

Ø  Implementing Technical Development Scope Change Request

Ø  Prior experience with business systems installations, conversions and interface

Ø  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ø  Experience in contributing in a team environment Flexible, easily adaptable to change, and effectively handle a fast paced environment

 

Other Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Consults with customers across multiple disciplines to define the application landscape that supports and enhances the business strategies

Ø  Creates cross-application process flows that defines how the components of all applications relate to each other within the portal framework

Ø  Provides application architectural for the development of new or enhanced websites, interfaces and portals

Ø  Identifies and resolves process, application and data issues that affect overall solution integrity Advocates and enforces applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of application or application modules

Ø  Demonstrates proficiency in areas of business continuity, security and data privacy; ensures systems are designed and built with appropriate levels of protection

 

Required

 

Ø  At least 10 years experience with 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations

Ø  At least 3 years experience in technology areas

Ø  Knowledge Functional support for Java Development

Ø  Knowledge of business process design concepts and principles

Ø  Demonstrated ability to transform customer requirements into application designs

Ø  Facilitation experience for conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder agreement meetings

Ø  Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

Ø  Results oriented and demonstrates a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

Ø  Readiness to travel 100%

Ø  English: Fluent Preferred
