Job Description:

 

We are looking for Filenet (DIMS Application Development) Technical Lead/technical analyst for our client in Washington, DC,

 

JD – Technology Lead/analyst  (DIMS Application Development)

 

·         Technical undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred). 

·         If no degree, eight years of experience in computer programming.

·         Experience should include managing projects or project portfolios.

·         Six years of experience in computer programming.

·         Experience should include managing projects or project portfolios.

·         Experienced with Interwoven Filenet systems.

·         Analyze complex business problems or opportunities and prepare detailed specifications from which objects will be written.

·         Independently perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand and execute all assignments.

·         Identify best practices, communicate and implement these practices to the department.

·         Create and sustain business literacy and understanding of business processes in the CareFirst organization.

·         Design, code, debug, revise and document intricate objects or systems.

·         Act as a technical resource for the team; provide assistance on system issues, work processes and procedures.

·         Provide guidance and direction to developers to ensure all projects meet strategic objectives/goals using appropriate benchmarks, goals and incentives.

·         Must have strong analytical skills, Works closely with business analysts and team members to provide IT- and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and create solutions that are aligned
