·         Technology Lead with very good Business Analysis skills

·         Expertise in Sharepoint 2010 

·         Exposure to Sharepoint 2013, hands-on experience is must

·         Ability to do application design (high level and detailed)

·         Experience in development of knowledge management portals is a definite plus

·         Excellent communication and client management skills; should be able to manage multiple stakeholders
