Job Description:

 

We are looking for SFDC Functional Consultant  for our client in Hercules, CA

 

Pre-requisites

 

·         CRM Functional knowledge

·         Experience with full life cycle Salesforce.com implementations

·         In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application

·         Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC

·         Full lifecycle experience from: solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application

·         Strong communication skills, positive attitude and flexibility

 

Job functions

 

·         Demonstrate strong business acumen

·         Drive process improvements by leveraging industry best practices

·         Collaborate with the business to ensure software and applications are meeting their needs

·         Gather and Document Business and Functional Requirements

·         Gather and Document process flows

·         Facilitate unit, integration and user acceptance testing

·         Application end user training

·         On-going training, including learning about Customer business units, products, new technologies, process methods, etc

·         Facilitate communication with the development team to ensure that customer requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts

·         Participate in peer reviews to ensure the delivery of quality solutions

·         Participate in process improvement
