Job Description:

 

We have an opportunities for Enterprise Vault and Exchange Admin for our client in Jacksonville, FL.

 

Skill  : Enterprise Vault Admin (Primary Skill) & Exchange (Secondary Skill)

 

Other Skills   : Hands on knowledge for exchange 2010 administration, blackberry support

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Installation and configuration of Symantec Enterprise Vault V10.x

·         Symantec Enterprise Vault V10.X Admin - perform day-to-day administration, backup, and recovery procedures

·         Setting up Exchange Server Archiving - archive items from Microsoft Exchange user mailboxes, journal mailboxes, and public folders

·         Setting up SMTP Archiving

·         Size an Enterprise Vault environment effectively and optimize performance

·         Enterprise Vault Reporting - provides reports on the status of Enterprise Vault servers, archives, and archived items.

·         Perform MS Exchange system administration activities involving install, update, configure and maintain servers

·         Administration, Maintenance and Management of Mailboxes

·         Manage recipient objects, including migrating recipients from previous versions of Exchange Server to Exchange Server 2010/2013.

·         Monitor and maintain the messaging system.

·         Working knowledge on Blackberry server administration

·         Basic Troubleshooting of outlook

·         Working knowledge on Blackberry server administration

·         Setup SPAM filters and checks for sanity of in-bound mails

·         Patching of Exchange servers

·         Manage Storage Groups, Clustered Servers and setup policies

·         Generate periodic reports on Mail flow

·         Daily Health Checks for all Exchange servers

·         Follow Change management, Incident management and Vendor management process

·         Follow ITIL process to provide managed services support

·         Collect data to generate reports to the higher management

·         Design & implement backup/restore policies

 

Skills                                                                                                                                                    

 

·         In-depth knowledge in implementation/installation and configuration of Symantec Enterprise Vault V10.x

·         In-depth knowledge in Implementation/Installation and configuration of Install and deploy Exchange Server 2010 /2013 in an Exchange Server organization.

·         Hands on experience on administration of Exchange server 2010/2013

·         Configuration of Exchange server components like SMTP services, spam filter, mailbox policies etc.

·         Manage recipient objects, including migrating recipients from previous versions of Exchange Server to Exchange Server 2010/2013.

·         Monitor and maintain the messaging system.

·         Working knowledge on Blackberry server administration

·         Basic Troubleshooting of outlook

·         Working knowledge on Blackberry server administration In-depth Knowledge in Expertise in Cluster Administration

·         Expertise in Backup and Restoration of Mails, Mailboxes and Public Folders

·         Good experience in Data centertechnologies

·         Excellent oral and verbal communication

·         Excellent client handling skills
