We have an opportunities for J2EE (WL/WS)for our client in Tampa, FL.,

 

Domain Setup

 

·         Create project plan for new application on-boarding.

·         Domain Creation, Cell Creation, Profile Creation, JVM Configuration changes, JMX Setup, JMS Setup.

·         Data source creation and Connection pool setup

·         SSL Certificate Creation/Renewal

·         Application Deployment and sanity check.

·         ELF Configurations for application team access

 

Server Health Checks

 

·         Health check the servers though scripts for disk space utilization, CPU Utilization, memory utilization

·         Working all the application tickets assigned to any specific applications

·         Automation of application server health checks.

 

Server / Content Management

 

·         Start and Stop of WebLogic services  (EMT)

·         Start and Stop of WebSphere services (EMT)

 

Trouble Shooting

 

·         Store Keeping (Data Backup/Disk Space) Issues

·         Providing the support to BO/AI team on any server side issues.

·         Co-ordination with application team on any application issue on controlled environments.

·         Providing needed logs for root cause analysis and fine tuning.

·         Guiding the application team what is issue and how can we resolve the issue in some times

·         Assisting involved teams in providing root cause analysis of incidents.

·         Providing thread dump and Heap dump.

·         Doing basic analysis on thread dump.

·         For complex issues that need advanced understanding of the product, team will work with the vendors (IBM, and Oracle respectively) and CATE teams for root cause identification and resolution.

 

COB Test

 

·         Preparation of COB plan.

·         Verify Java COB environment builds and configurations for identified application participating in COB test.

·         Coordinate with application teams for fetching COB reporting DB details and update COB environment.

·         Coordinate with People soft team for corresponding configuration changes.

·         Coordinate with NAS team for corresponding configuration changes.

·         Coordinate with Web bank team for corresponding configuration changes.

·         Bringing COB environment live on COB day, perform sanity checks along with coordinating with other related teams.

·         Troubleshooting any issues reported during COB test.

·         Switching applications from COB to Production perform sanity checks.

 

Security Management and User Administration

 

·         Creating the new domains for new applications according to business requirement.
