We have an opportunities PeopleSoft CRM Help Desk & Marketing Module Functional Lead for our client in Jersey City NJ,
· This position will provide assistance with the upgrade of the PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk and Marketing module.
· Tasks involve interaction with internal and external customers of client
· Owns, leads, and drives delegated project activities, applying various project methodologies and enforcing project standards to ensure quality and successful on-time, on-budget delivery of the PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk and Marketing modules upgrade project.
· Assigns individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determines necessary resources for the PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk & Marketing upgrade project.
· Communicates the business case to the project team and assists with decision making and prioritization keeping the business case at the forefront of all decisions.
· Serve as the primary contact between stakeholders and project teams as necessary.
· Creates, manages, and maintains project plans, schedules, statuses, and other project documentation.
· Ability to conduct verbal statuses to stakeholders / clients in periodic status meetings.
· Assist with developing scope of work for PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk and Marketing modules upgrade project.
· Assist with developing test plans for PeopleSoft CRM/HR HelpDesk project.
· Work a normal 8-5, M-F schedule but may have to work after hours depending on the project.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Competency in upgrade and working knowledge of PeopleSoft CRM HelpDesk and Marketing modules
· Business and Human Resource experience.
· Must be proactive, self-motivated and independent
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient with other Microsoft Office applications, including: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
