Work Location     Dublin, OH
Duration     Initially 6 Months, may get extended to multiple years

Mandatory Technical Skills    
• Experience in building use cases, creating requirements documentation, technical specs, business flows, etc.
• Strong Architecture and hands-on Design/development/Administration experience in areas of CRM WEB UI
Desirable Technical Skills    
• Experience CRM GENIL/BOL programming
• Experience CRM BSP component workbench
• Experience in Interaction center web client (IC Web Client)
• Experience/Knowledge of ERP order and LORD API
• Experience in CRM Middleware (Replication of customers and materials between ECC and CRM)
• Familiar with CRM IPC user exit
• Strong hands-on Design/development experience in areas of Easy Enhancement Workbench(EEW) and Application Enhancement Tool (AET)
• Strong Understanding of CRM Business Object Layer(BOL)/Generic Interaction Layer (Genil)
• Strong CRM Middleware development and enhancement
• CTI experience is a huge plus  
Mandatory Functional Skills    
• Responsible for design, architecture and implement technical solutions for SAP CRM 7.0
• Performs detailed business and systems analysis, impact analysis and risk analysis on various processes.  Ensure a reliable, accurate, and efficient end-to-end process is defined.
• Proactively elicit and validate requirements, define detailed business rules, define technical requirements, and develop process design.
• Prepare use cases to identify the key functionality and exceptions to be deployed within the CRM 7.0 solution.  Rapidly create prototypes in CRM when needed.  Assist in creation of effort estimates.
• Identify system, data, and process dependencies for upstream and downstream application data flow.
• Create technical specs for business logic, screens, and feature functionality that are clear and complete.  Specs will be used for development, testing, and training.
• Support testing phases to ensure that business requirements are being addressed in the test plans.
• Define data elements requirements and reporting / analytics
• Facilitate the communication and rollout of new feature functionality to the field, customer service representatives, and management team
• Planning, design, development, testing and release of custom objects in SAP CRM
• Develop technical architecture, strategy and guidelines documents
• Participate in CRM solution/Architecture design
• Provide Development Effort Estimates
• Technical Specification Document and Development Delivery Tracking
• Test Problem Report (TPR) Resolution and Tracking
• Mentoring other CRM developers.
• Follow established project standards and methodologies
Desirable Functional Skills     Good understanding/knowledge in Supply chain management along with Pharma experience.
Total Experience Required     5-7 years experience
