·         Perform large scale implementation of processes.

·         Translate business requirements into design, perform application builds applying best practices of PRPC architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently.

·         Apply PEGA SmartBPM methodology.

·         Lead Pega team and client team in the compilation, delivery and maintenance of all phases.

·         Work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environment.

·         Should work in a GDM model .
