Mandatory Technical Skills "Skills requirements
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Testing role
• Ideally experienced in the HP Toolset including Quality Centre, Performance Centre and at least one additional performance testing toolset.
• Good experience in client-facing roles
• Ideally experience of leading small teams in project delivery
• Experience working within multi-location teams
• Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases.
• Excellent knowledge of current Test Tools in the market place
• Excellent attention to detail
• Motivated by delivery
• Ability to work and team effectively with clients and other management personnel across geographies
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Strong time management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
• Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements
• Good numerate / mathematical ability
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options
• Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives
• English language skills — excellent written and verbal communication
