Req PL/SQL Local from MN resource

PL/SQL
Local from MN resource is preferred because a F2F interview will be conducted.
Location: St. Paul, MN
Oracle Pl/sql programing exp (5-7 years)
Strong Stored procedure, trigger and function writing skills
Mandatory - Working exp in oracle SQL Loader, import export and data manipulation.
Very good communication and customer interaction skills
