Job Description:


• Has a strong background gathering requirements using an agile methodology (e.g., user story definition within each Sprint) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Skilled in working closely with business users to understand the requirements, perform the requirements analysis, provide recommendations, etc. as part of the business analysis process. 
• Worked on systems implementation requirements gathering in the past for systems involving: 
o Workflow 
o Documentation Management 
o Entitlements 
o Reports 
o User Interface 
• Understands the role of the BA in working with the QA testers and developers
