Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • Oracle data modeling experience.
• Oracle data transformation and migration experience
• Erwin tool experience is plus.

Roles and responsibility • Participation in requirements gathering and analysis of requirements
• Validation of business rules
• Review of exisitng data model
• Data transformation and migration from exisitng database to new database
• Source system analysis and identification of potential data quality issues
• Come up with enterprise data models including data model for Staging, ODS, EDW and Data Marts
• Experience in Oracle HR Data Model
• Should consider the database and tools used in the project to come up with the physical data models
• Performance aspects needs to be considered during data modeling
• Provide solution architecture guidance and technical support during implementation phase of the project
• Interaction with multiple teams who would be using the data model
• Should be capable of analyzing existing data models and come up with the potential issues with the model
• Identifies and solves process challenges through simulation of scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with Business users to get their new enhancements. Interact with the business on requirements and complete them in line with the expectation of Business IT.
