Mandatory Technical Skills   
1. Minimum total experience of 5+ years
2. Strong Finance back ground with sound knowledge in all key Finance functionalities such as AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), AA (Asset Accounting), etc.
3. Some basic knowledge about testing
Desirable Technical Skills  
 1. It will be better if resource have some knowledge on Finance ERP i.e. either Oracle Apps Finance or SAP Finance

Mandatory Functional Skills 
  1. Strong Finance back ground with sound knowledge in all key Finance functionalities such as AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), AA (Asset Accounting), etc.
2. Excellent communication skill because the resource needs to closely work with Solution team and Business

Desirable Functional Skills  
 1. It will be better if resource have some knowledge on Finance ERP i.e. either Oracle Apps Finance or SAP Finance
