Title : Sr. Java Developers

Duration:- 6 Months

Location: Duluth, GA

We have an opportunities for Sr. Java Developers for our client in Duluth, GA

 

·         Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience with open stack technologies including Java, J2EE, Grails.

·         Experience in unit testing via JUnit (required)

·         Exposure to CI tools like Jenkins and UDeploy would be a plus

·         Strong technical experience working with JBoss, Oracle      

·         Advanced understanding of full life cycle development.

·         Advanced understanding and experience working in an Agile development environment

·         Knowledge and exposure to the Atlassian suite of tools would be a plus (JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye).

·         Strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking, and time management skills with consistent attention to detail.

·         Advanced understanding of analytical techniques such as logical data modelling and process modelling.

·         Attention to detail, ability to understand the big picture and ability to identify creative and effective solutions to complex business problems.

·         Ability to effectively learn and use new programming concepts, tools, and methodology to support the needs of the business.

·         Strong functional understanding of WMS functionalities is a plus.

·         Strong understanding of emerging technologies and systems development best practices.

·         Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.

·         Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills.

·         Advanced presentation (written and verbal) communication skills.

·         Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business.

·         Ability to effectively share technical information and train and mentor less experienced or knowledgeable team members.

·         High level of teamwork skills (communication, ability to share ideas and solutions for work challenges).
