Job Description : SAP BW + HANA EXPERT
Location : San Francisco, California
Duration - One year
Responsible of SAP Netweaver BI/BW system administration tasks
Follow HANA system standard operations
Responsible of HANA migrations
Knowledge of SAP BI upgrades and Unicode conversion
Align SAP operations to ITIL corporate government model
Achieve objectives address on Target Letters including Local and Globlal KPIs
Improve operations efficiency implementing time, cost and innovation measures
Aim on handling Incident, Change and Problem management Key Performance Indicators
Detection and prevention of Monitoring events
Operational SLA compliance per customer
Baseline reporting
Customer Service Oriented
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE AREA: SAP NW 7.x Business Warehouse and SAP HANA 1.0 SP5 – SP7
COMPUTER PROGRAMS NEEDED: HANA Studio, HDBSQL, DBACOCKPIT
5 years experience managing SAP HANA 1.0 SP 5 – SP7
5 to 7 years experience in database administration in Oracle, DB2, Sybase.
Knowledge management in UNIX or Linux operating systems and MS Windows
HANA troubleshooting at OS layer
Knowledge of Backup and Restore activities
Settings parameters for HANA database
trong knowledge on HANA updates including HANA databases, HANA System copies
HANA installations, upgrades and patching for SAP instances and Databases
SAP HANA Certified Associate Consultant
SAP BASIS BASIS and BI Certified Associate is a must
Knowledge in BIG Data and Cloudera is desirable
