We have a urgent requirement for

Position: PeopleSoft HCM Technical

Location: Houston, TX

 

Job description:

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 7+ years PeopleSoft technical  experience

  • PeopleTools 8.49 or higher

  • Strong knowledge of programming tools such as: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Excel to CI, SQR, SQL, PS Query, Application Engine, XML Publisher etc.

  • Act as the HRIS technical lead/architect to ensure that HRIS ecosystem and integrations conform to Best practices

  • Experience in PeopleSoft Security, Approval Workflow Engine(AWE) & Self-service modules(MSS, ESS)

  • Experience in SOA or other technologies to rationalize integrations between HR, Payroll and internal applications and 3rd party business partners

  • Experience with analytical tools including PeopleSoft XML publisher, report designer etc.

  • Good hands on experience in Customizations in HR area

  • Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills

  • Should be able to drive customer discussions independently

  • Strong ability to work in an onsite-offshore team environment.
