Description of Work:
This position serves as an application Programmer and perform systems analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation afor the eCitation system. This position must interact with analyst, other developers, and project management staff to the team. The individual must have the ability to communicates effectively in oral and written form. and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationship written and outside the team. Expertise in the design and implementation of criminal justice application is highly desirable. Responsibilities will include the following.

Review of requirements, use cases, and design.
coding of data access objects.
Coding of user interface.
Develop core frontend components of a fast, scalable, complex desktop-class web application work with the design teams to maintain web patterns library.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure on time delivery of sablable UI architecture
Adhere to developement bes tpractices including test driven development, and agile methodologies.
Unit testing of all coded modules.
Documentation and communications.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
Required Skills.
Expert understanding and 3+ year's experience with : HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax, Javascript client Architecture and UI Design patterns, Building and maintaining fast, scalable, complex JS rich internet applicants, and Good Communications Skills.
Expert understanding and 3+ year's experience with : HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax, Javascript client Architecture and UI Design patterns, Building and maintaining fast, scalable, complex JS rich internet applicants, and Good Communications Skills.
Additionals Desired Skills:
Experience with Angular, Ember, Backbone, or other Javascript framework.
Experience with Webkit., CSS, Pre-Processors (LESS, Stylus, other) require, Grunt, Kama, Bower, GIT, Yeoman, Node.JS/NPM.
Experience building native mobile application using HTML, CSS and Javascript using Cordova or Phonegap.
Experience building web services (Ideally REstFul)
Experience with Java 7+, Java FX, WebEngine, Sping Framework, spring security, JEE.
