- BS/BA/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related Computational Field.
- 10+ years' experience supporting the pharmaceutical/or Biotech Industry.
- Experience administering projects in regulated environments like GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, 210, 211.
- Strong Knowledge of multiple COTS Lab Informatics applications LIMS, ELN, SDMS, CDS.
- Experience with Labware ELN a Plus
- Expert in the software development life cycle, including: planning, requirements, configuration/development, validation, support, and decommissioning.
- Estimate time, cost, and resources needs to complete complex projects. Highlight trade-offs in cost, delivery time, and functionality to key stakeholders.
- Communicate status of schedule, budget and project risks/issues to Director Level and above.
- Proven track record of managing deadlines and scheduling workload.
- Mentoring junior team members/ offshore team.
- Ability to understand large complex processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as have ability/willingness to work in team environment
- Past experience with Merck MMD is a PLUS
